A mass transport simulation with AddiDict can be carried out on porous 3D media, modeled from 3D image data (µCT, FIB-SEM, etc.), imported and segmented using ImportGeo-Vol or generated with one of GeoDict’s structure generation modules.

To access the AddiDict module select Predict → AddiDict in the menu bar.

In the bottom left of the graphical user interface the AddiDict module section is now active.

Select one of the commands included in AddiDict from the pull-down menu.

Many options for the particle / molecules / concentration field simulation can be modified in the AddiDict module section, at the left side of the GUI when clicking the button.

After editing all necessary settings, start the simulation locally by clicking in the AddiDict section.

Click Cloud to run the simulation in the GeoDict cloud or Job Queue to run the command on machines connected to your local network.
