GeoDict User Guide 2025

Report

In the Report subtab of the Results tab an overview over the results of the simulation is given.

At the top the End time, Number of time batches, and the more precise dimensionless numbers for the Solute Transport are shown. All of these parameters are defined or shown in the Experiment tab when setting up the transport simulation.

Below the Average (superficial) flow velocity in Z-direction, the Pressure drop, and the Volume flow rate are given. One of the values was set as input value in the Flow Boundary Conditions when advective transport is active. The other values are then computed by the FlowDict computation.

At the bottom information on the Transport and Flow solver are shown. This includes the selected Solver (always LIR for the transport solver), the number of Threads, the Number of cells, Runtime, (Maximum) Memory usage, and the selected Stopping criterion. For the transport solver the runtime is separated into the Total runtime as sum of all time batches and an Average runtime computed from all individual time batch runtimes.
