GeoDict Cloud
The GeoDict Cloud allows you to submit your simulation jobs directly from a locally running GeoDict GUI to the cloud. Instead of clicking Run, simply click the Cloud button.
The GeoDict Cloud uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) to provide cloud computing resources and uses the same system as the Math2Market Cloud. Therefore, you can use your login information (username & password) to log into the GeoDict Cloud in GeoDict as well as into the Math2Market Cloud in your browser.
The GeoDict Cloud offers an easily usable framework that allows you to create large parameter studies, run large numbers of simulations in parallel, and retrieve the results for detailed local analysis. This frees you from the constraints of limited local hardware resources. When using parameter variation (VaryMacro), all variants are executed in parallel in the cloud (one machine is started for each set of variable values). In consequence, even large parameter studies will only require as much time as a single simulation/structure generation!
Cloud machines with GPUs are available as well, so that the AI capabilities of GeoDict (e.g., GeoDict-AI, FiberFind-AI) can be fully utilized.
Before you can use the Cloud button, an account must be created for you. For more information and to register for cloud services, please contact us at support@math2market.de. Once your account has been activated, you will receive an invitation email with your login credentials. Follow the provided link for the initial setup of your GeoDict Cloud account. Afterwards you can access the cloud service directly from GeoDict.
