GeoDict offers several GeoApps to automatically generate statistical Digital Twins matching various geometrical and physical properties.

For this, the apps use structure generators from FiberGeo or GrainGeo to create 3D structures. These 3D structures are then compared with the available input structure. By varying the input parameters of the structure generators, the app searches for a best match with the input structure. Be aware that the optimization routine only searches for a best match in a given setup and parameter range. For example, the structure generator build into the app may assume that fiber cross sections are circular, and in that case, all resulting structures will have a circular fiber cross section.
