After applying the neural network, a folder with the same name as the GeoDict result file is saved in the chosen project folder (File → Choose Project Folder... in the menu bar).

The result folder contains three files:

• Structure.gdt, the segmented structure
• input.gdt, the grayscale image that was segemented
• nnOutput.npz, the confidence field which is the neural network output.
