Darcy Flow
The Darcy Flow command determines the permeability of a 3D structure where the majority of pores is unresolved by the voxel grid.
You can use Darcy Flow if no through-path of fluid voxels exists and the flow has to pass through porous voxels. These porous voxels represent materials with small permeabilities where the viscous term can be neglected, e.g., rocks. In these cases, Darcy's law can be applied.
The structure in this example has a voxel length of 400 µm and permeabilities of 10‑12 m2 and smaller.
