Change Voxel Length

Change the resolution by Changing the Voxel Length. When you enter higher values for the voxel length than the original voxel length, the number of voxels in the three direction decreases, since less voxels are needed to build the image.

Select the Unit for the voxel length from the pull-down menu at the top. The available units are m, cm, mm, µm, nm, and Inch.

For Scale Function the two interpolation methods Tri-Linear or Nearest Neighbor are available. See the Scale functionality for a visualization of the difference between the two methods.

Enter the desired New Voxel Length in the selected unit.

Click Apply to scale the image according to the new voxel length.
