Image Processing Tools

The Image Processing tools are located in the Image Processing tab in the Image Processing and Segmentation section of the 3D Image Processing dialog, directly below the Workflow Manager section. The tools are organized in trees to be expanded and collapsed:

Understand all Image Processing features:
Image Size Modify the size of your image dataset. Image Alignment Correct the alignment of your images. Gray Value (Brightness) Adjustments Change the gray values in your images. Image Filters Apply filters to your images to improve the quality. FIB-SEM Filters Explore specific filters for images measured with Focused Ion Beam - Scanning Electron Microscopy. CT Filters Find specific filters for images measured with X-ray Microtomography.
