If you checked Detailed Pore Throat Analysis, you can load two additional files in the Data Visualization tab to visualize the bubble point pore throat.

Load Structure with Pore Throat

Click on Load *.gdt to open a GDT file with the original structure and the pore throat voxels marked with another Material ID, in this example ID 03. Here, you can easily locate the pore throat in the structure.

Load Pore Throat Geometry

Click on Load*.stl to load a surface triangulation of the same pore throat. You can then save this triangulation as mesh to use it in other software.
