Simulation of Diffusion Processes

Use DiffuDict to simulate the net movement of molecules or atoms from a region of higher concentration to a region of lower concentration. Diffusion is driven by a gradient in the concentration of the diffusing species. Diffusion depends on particle random walk, and results in mixing or mass transport without requiring directed bulk motion.
