The training of a neural network begins with setting the experiment parameters.

To identify individual fibers or to distinguish different material phases, you can use a so-called generation script and define the parameters for the training data using Design of Experiments.

A generation script can be created as shown here.

The experiment design results then can be used in Create Training Data to generate the input-output-pairs for the training.
