Modules needed to run this GeoApp: GridGeo |
Clicking Edit… opens the Rectangular Monolith (DPF-GPF) Parameters dialog.
Define the Result File Name, the Voxel Length, the Filter Length, the Number of Columns and Rows, the Wall Thickness, the Inlet length, the Outlet length, the Channel Width and Height.
Close the dialog with OK and then click Run to create the rectangular monolith.
The structure generated using the Rectangular Monolith (DPF-GPF) app is identical to that of the Rectangular Monolith (TWC) app, except that the former has every channel sealed on one end to create a wall-flow configuration, while the latter keeps all channels open to form a flow-through structure.
