Model and Alter Statistical Digital Twins Using the GeoDict Structure Generators
The Model menu gives access to the list of modules for digital material modeling. The Structure Manipulation modulesGadGeo, ProcessGeo, and LayerGeo can always be used because they are included in the GeoDict Base Package. Structure Generation or Surface Meshes modules that have not been licensed appear in the list under unlicensed. If a module is selected, a dot appears in front of it in the module list and the module section changes to show this module.
The GeoDict modules for material modeling are:
FiberGeo
Generate fiber media, nonwovens and fiber reinforced composites.
FoamGeo
Generate sponges, open- and closed-cell foams.
GrainGeo
Generate grain packs, sintered materials, electrodes and powders.
GridGeo
Generate lattices, grids and regular structures.
MeshGeo
Convert voxelized or analytic structures to commonly used surface triangulation and CAD formats like STL, VRML, or Parasolid. Edit the created mesh to match your needs.
