GadGeo
GadGeo allows to construct 3D geometries from basic 3D objects like spheres, ellipsoids, fibers, etc.
The module also contains all functions available to manipulate these 3D objects in GeoDict. You can create a 3D structure in one of the other structure generation modules of GeoDict (e.g. FiberGeo or GrainGeo) and then modify this structure in GadGeo. You may remove objects from the structure or add new objects to it. You may change the properties of any object in the structure (size, position, Material ID).
You can change the field of view or the resolution of the domain with GadGeo, too.
New in GeoDict 2026The Export as GAD Objects command does not directly export visualized results like particles, trajectories and streamlines anymore. Instead, you can use the new Convert to GAD commands to convert the visualized results to GAD objects first, and then export the 3D structure. |
