Segmentation & Labeling Tools

The Segmentation & Labeling tools are located in the Segmentation & Labeling tab in the Image Processing and Segmentation section of the 3D Image Processing dialog. The tools are organized in expandable and collapsible trees.

Learn how to use all of the Labeling and Segmentation tools:
Image Segmentation Segment your images using various methods. Watershed Image Labeling Label your images using a Watershed algorithm. Surface Triangulation Create a surface mesh directly from your images.
