Pore Segmentation

The parameters in the Pore Segmentation tab are separated in four panels: Initialization, Pore-Fragment Reconnection, Domain-Boundary Options, and Pore-Shape Analysis.

The Pore Segemntation tab:
Initialization Select the Input for the analysis. Pore-Fragment Reconnection Select whether pore fragments should be merged before analyzing them. Domain-Boundary Options Choose if pores touching the boundary should be removed before the analysis. Pore Shape Analysis Find information on the different types of ellipsoids that are fitted in the structure.
